Insanely delicious: Gajar Halwa Rabdi Kulfi

Ingredients:

For Rabdi:

1/2 litre

2 tbsp sugar

For Halwa (sugar free):

1 tbsp ghee

1 cup grated carrot

50 ml milk

Elachi powder

 

Gajar Halwa Rabdi Kulfi

Method:

  1. Boil half liter milk till it reduces to half it volume add sugar and cook for 5 min, your rabdi is ready.
  2. For halwa, add ghee in pan, cook grated carrots till soft
  3. Add milk and let the mixture boil for 10 min
  4. Add elachi powder and dry fruits (optional)
  5. We have not added sugar to halwa else the kulfi becomes extra sweet
  6. After cooling mix rabdi and halwa as per preference
  7. Add into kulfi moulds and freeze for 8 hrs
