Ingredients:
For Rabdi:
1/2 litre
2 tbsp sugar
For Halwa (sugar free):
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup grated carrot
50 ml milk
Elachi powder
Method:
- Boil half liter milk till it reduces to half it volume add sugar and cook for 5 min, your rabdi is ready.
- For halwa, add ghee in pan, cook grated carrots till soft
- Add milk and let the mixture boil for 10 min
- Add elachi powder and dry fruits (optional)
- We have not added sugar to halwa else the kulfi becomes extra sweet
- After cooling mix rabdi and halwa as per preference
- Add into kulfi moulds and freeze for 8 hrs
